There is a comprehensive procurement and supplier screening process in place. Before the raw materials are stored, they are 100% inspected by the quality control department to ensure they are up to standard.

Our products have obtained the QC9001 quality certification. The quality inspection follows a four-step method:

Self-inspection: Each worker is responsible for inspecting their own work to ensure it meets quality standards before it moves on to the next stage of production.

Mutual inspection (Peer inspection): Workers inspect each other's work to catch any errors or inconsistencies that may have been missed during self-inspection.

Process inspection: At various stages of production, quality control personnel conduct inspections to ensure that each process is performed correctly and that the product is on track to meet the required specifications.

Final inspection (End-product inspection): Once the product is complete, a thorough inspection is performed to confirm that the final product meets all quality standards before it is released for delivery.

Windproof and Earthquake-resistant Performance: The folding camping house or container has excellent windproof and earthquake-resistant features, ensuring stability and safety under adverse weather conditions.

Durability: Made of high-strength galvanized steel + color steel composite panels + thermal bridge aluminum, ensuring the durability and stability of the product.

Service life of the product is up to 70 years.

Fire Resistance: The materials have a B2 fire rating, not easily flammable, ensuring safe use.
